Forgot Your Password?
On the sign in page, click Forgot Password. Key in your registered email address and submit.
If your email is valid, it will request you to key in the answer of the secret question you set
during the registration. Once the answer is verified, we will send you your new password to your email account

Can I change my password?
Yes, your password can be changed after you login to MyallBiz at
Change Password under MyAccount.
It also recommended changing your password once a month for security purposes
Why am I having problems signing in?
If you receive an error message when signing in, please check for the following possible causes:
- You have entered an invalid password. Make sure that your "Caps Lock" is off,
and there is no blank spaces after your sign-in email address and password.
- If you receive a message with "Internal server error", this indicates a temporary network
jam or server reboot. Please close all browser windows and re-start your computer. An "internal server error" can occasionally be caused by a browser problem on your computer if you use other web browser other than Internet
Explorer or Netscape...

If you receive a cookie error, simply clear off your cookies with the following steps:
- For Internet Explorer 6.0
- Click "Tools/Internet Options"
- Click "Delete Cookies" & "Delete Files"
- Click "Security," and set as 'Default"
- Click "Privacy," and set as "Medium"
- For Internet Explorer 5.0
- Click "Tools/Internet Options"
- Click "Security"
- Click "Internet Zone", Select a security setting other than "High" -or-
- Click "Custom Level", scroll to "Cookies," and then click "Enable" for
both cookie options.
- For Internet Explorer 4.X
- Click "View"
- Click "Internet Options"
- Click "Advanced"
- Scroll to "Security", under "Cookies", click "Always accept cookies."
- For Netscape Communicator 4.X
- Click "Edit", and then "Preferences"
- Click "Advanced", and check "Accept All Cookies."
If you are still unable to solve the problem, find the directory where your system
is installed, e.g. C: Windows, then go to the sub-directory "Cookies" and "Temporary Internet Files",
then delete all files named "Cookies".
How do I keep my allBiz account secure?
- Avoid using your personal details such as NRIC, birth date, full name and etc as a password.
Your password can be case sensitive, numbers and/or characters
- Change your password once in month for optimum security.
- Always sign out completely. If you use a public or shared computer,
it is important that you always sign out completely at the end of each session by clicking the "Sign Out" button. Doing so will reduce the possibility of anyone who uses the same computer
to view your account contents.
